JUDGING

The Judging panel will be made up 6 independent Judges from the TV/film production industry and the mountainboard community. The judging panel will vote for Best Film and Best Runner Up in each category with the audience voting for best popular film from all the films shown. The Judges decision is final. Judges will be looking for:
  • Narrative
  • Story
  • Plot
  • Compositions of Shots
  • Steady Camera Work
  • Flow & Rhythm of Edits
  • Execution of brief and interpretation of Categories
  • Creativity and Technical Achievement.

Judges will produce a short list of films to be shown at the festival, which will include the finalist. Winners will be announced at the festival. Entries which make the short list will be notified in advance, so they can attend the event.
